I think part of the link is missing. I wonder if he's talking about those turbine wheels like the General Lee has. Seems like they are on a lot of Fords.

The tires are most likely military takeoff's. They are the right size and look like the R/t's

The wheels you should be able to find through summit. I think American Racing makes something like that.

I think I agree with cbbr on the tires.
