Nice! I love primered trucks. Looks agressive like that... almost like the back alley thug.

Crap, I knew I should've responded to this thread earlier

James, no matter what you choose you'll just have to tailor it to fit your needs. The sub is nice b/c of the size and space but the size works against you too. K5 gives you some more space over your truck but you definitely won't be sleeping in it....at least comfortably. You could do some sort of rooftop tent deal though. The crew cab is very doable also but finding one is not usually easy, but they are out there and sometimes for a very reasonable price. As far as the ORD 'burb, crew cab or anything else they drive I think it's more their talent than the vehicles abilities

Now about this brothel, I'm not working currently and the cash would be nice. Guess I'd have to give up my corner spot though.

So is that your way of saying I lack talent Brigham?

As long as McAdam is around to muscle me off the rocks it'll be okay. He saved my quarters on tight corners more than once on the last trip. Guess he was making up for my squished rockers.

A Burb it is. You guys better start practicing your jokes about the Short Bus while you can.

Phil I'd say Chad is blind by now.
Yes that is the sub I was referring too, one mean truck!

I can't remember what the nickname for the big rock you go down at Jasons Corner (willyswanter resting place) and I didn't see whether they took do that rig down that rock but Robb from CA, ran his stepside k10 down and up that rock easy as can be. The longer wheel base actually made it easier for him to go back up the steepest point.

How 'bout a nice low mileage crew cab

1988 Chevy V30 crew cab 4x4

Nice clean 'burb here and a 3/4 ton to boot

1988 GMC Suburban

Or the ultimate camping rig here

1988 Chevrolet Utility Truck

I think that's the same truck I almost bought a couple years ago but it was being sold for a lot less. Same year & mileage but I think the guy wound up selling it for like $2500 while I was out of town. I went & looked at it when it was over here by my house and was pretty clean, came from a small town fire dept. here in CO. Fuel injected big block, one tons and a built in camping cabin in the back woo-hoo!

I think our school district has a couple of "short buses" ( yellow burbs), they are in the process of disposing of.

James, you could just turn the flashing lights on, when you get hung up?

Those are all nice Brigham but at this stage of the game it'd have to be next to free. I'm still paying off the Doc for the latest surgery and am behind (holding off) on one follow up scope & bronchoscopy. If you know somebody needing a kidney I might trade 'em.

That even sounds expensive. Yeah, I kinda figured money was an issue but then again when isn't it, right
