Nice Bruce, can you go into more detail on the diamond plate. What thickness and did you have any trouble welding it to the thinner sheetmetal?

Thanks Cricket. I used 16 gage diamond plate, the stock floor is 18 gage so welding it wasn't to bad. Here is a link to the project.
